Pizza night

Tonight Paige is out having dinner for her friends birthday.  I did cook tonight.  I made two frozen pizzas.  Freschetta.  They were pretty good...........................not.  But at least there are a couple pieces left over for a sorry lunch tomorrow.  Well looks like I have some interest in a brisket or two so as soon as it warms up I'm gonna have to fire up the smoker.  I will keep the locals posted as to when the I will dust off and I'm sure de-stink bug the smoker.  I hate those stupid bugs.  Been catching them in the house all winter and flushing them down the toilet.
